Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You do not even need an email address. Click "Create your schedule" and you are building; add your details later if you want to keep the account.
What counts as an active user?
A person who is active in your schedule during the 30-day period. People you deactivate stop counting.
What happens when the free 30 days end?
You get a reminder to add credit. If you add it, nothing changes. If you don't, the account locks after a short grace period, and unlocks the moment you top up.
Do my staff pay anything?
Never. The project pays per active user; the apps are free for everyone on your team.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. There is no subscription and no cancellation process. Stop topping up and you stop paying.
What does TimeTo.Work not do?
It is not an HR suite. There is no payroll processing, no third-party integrations, and no biometric time clock. It does scheduling, team communication, and the reports that make payroll easy, on purpose.
